Gluten free plum pizza
Making Gluten free pizza is not as difficult as it sounds these days thanks to all the great gluten-free flour types available. The easiest gluten free option when you’re making your own pizza dough is to simply replace the regular all-purpose flour with gluten-free plain flour. It keeps the consistency and taste the same and you still get that delicious crust. If you are making your own pizza dough, you can use any of my pizza dough recipes here and simply replace the flour with gluten-free flour.
Another quick option is to buy a ready made gluten-free pizza dough at the grocery store.
